| touche, but that is only if you can touch the practictioner chapel. For by kicking rocks and bricks for long periods of time every day your toes will become strong and hard. So every so often kick the rocks harder and get bigger rocks. Until you can kick a large stone far away at your enemy.
and yes this actually works many chinese martial arts did this practice hundreds of years ago
