I think the weight thing is a good idea.
I can see myself jumping onto high things.
But i dont think i would need to come back down.
It would probably be painful.
So i actually might try the weight things.
Although i live in an apartment and i cant legally dig a knee deep hole in my backyard...stupid management!
And by the way,if anyone wants to compare their arts history to mine,please feel free to do so...
