don't buy one

the machine is a scam. don't buy one. they do a very very good job of advertising the machine, all it works,is your wallet getting thinner. i bought a bowflex extreme 2 acouple years ago.
I used it for awhile then got tired of it. the resistance wore down after a period of time. after work outs, u feel the burn of ur mucsles for an have hour and thats it. it didn't take me long to max out the machine at 250 lbs resistance. the resistance of the bowflex doesn't even come close to standard free weights.
stick to freeweights.....
PUT IT THIS WAY. IF U LIFT SOMETHING SLIGHTLY HEAVY(DOSEN'T HAVE TO BE WEIGHTS), SOME THING YOUR YOUR BODY ISN'T USE TO. U WILL BUILD STRENGTH. NOT ALOT OF IT, BUT U'LL BE STRONGER THAN U WERE PRIOR.
