First off, you say you have 10 in your instructor training program, but that they are young. How young are we talking and can you begin making use of them on the floor? Keep in mind, that in many cases, you can have your other instructors or instructors in training oversee some of the drills, but you hand the actual instruction.

For example: You are going over a new form with a group of students. You teach the form (or a section of the form), then assign an appropriate number of the instructors in training to help make corrections while you do the same AND evaluate how each instructor in training is doing.
