Not at all, since it's just two different ways of writing it. As mentioned by NinjaMaster, it's pretty hard to translate from (like in this case) Japanese Kanji's to the Latin alphabet. I would say, though, that as far as i can tell (don't hang me, if i'm wrong. I can read Kanji, but i'm not an expert translater) the correct translation is Nin-Jutsu.

"jitsu", the
onyomi of the character "sube" (skill, technique) is the pre-war romanization. The Japanese language was radically overhauled in 1948, with the addition of new kanji to the standard 2000 taught in schools, and the removal of some older ones. "-kai" (Organisation, viz.,
taikai, budokai, etc.) wa, pre-war, pronounced "kwai", and "kan" (budokan, etc.) was pronounced "kwan" (from which you can see modern-day Korean, "kwoon", as well).
