| block and grab your attackers punch while stepping back into a side bow stance, then at the same time use your side tiger claw to strike the throat or chin. By doing this you step back and sink which makes the attackers other hand harder to hit you and the simoteanous movement makes it hard for a slow kicker to kick you for, when your claw grips his throat he'll probably hestitate. Also by pulling his fist and locking his throat in your claw it makes it hard for him to move foreward or backwards because you could really inflict pain/damage on someone from this position if applied corecctly.
