Thanks again for helping me think things through on this. Complete's question could have also been one of mine. Your answers have got me thinking. I'm sure I'll have more questions for you soon. |
Its true I didn't hit on time management, although I wanted too. As a trainer the best way to keep some on the road to success is to give them challenges which are most applicable to their current situation. So when people complain about not having time the best thing to do is somethat that will work around the constraint. Then once they are acheiving something and making positive actions they often become motivated and will reciprocate positively to working on time managment.
Thing is, teaching someone time management is kinda harsh which is why is isn't always hit on straight away. You see, people always have time. There are very few people who legitamatly don't have time to exercise. And if your day is really so full then set your alarm 15 minutes earlier and just like that you have found time. 15 minutes is a lot of time to crack out a few sets of squats and push ups. Some people complain that they don't have the energy for it however when they start to workout it is amazing how their energy level increase. This is because feelings of lethargy are often linked to inactivity. By the way I am not saying you are any of these things I am simply explaining my experiences with such clients.
Take care.
