Well as an example:
Something like a palm sized piece of steak or pork fillet with plenty of steamed veggies. For flavour feel free to melt some butter over the veggies as it not only tastes great and adds usable energy but also assists with the absorbtion of the vitimins and minerals in the veges. Now steam lightly and cook lightly. Steak should always be pink in the middle and veges should be really green and not wilting. This ensures all nurtients will be present and accounted for and will make for easier digesting and less waste products.
Another example is some things I would have in Japan. Things like thin slices of pork fried with a bit of pork fat, fresh ginger, sprouts, carrots and cabbage. It makes a mighty meal that is both healthy, keeps you intestinal tracked clean and tastes awsome. Another is ton katsu which for those who don't know is a kind of battered/crumbed deep fried pork (Me and my japanese family love pork if you hadn't guessed by now) served with heaps of raw shredded cabbage. Simple but good and exceeeeeeeeeedingly tasty.
I hope this gives people some ideas about what to put on their plate. Of course I am sure there are plenty of people who find my tastes to be appaling so just mix it up.
