| I'm still guesstimating the weights. I used 175 on the squats and 185 on deadlift. The squat weight was fine, so I'll go up today. The deadlift was def too heavy I think I only got six sets, I'll go down to about 150.
The belt is more precautionary than anything. I cant see myself not finishing the squat sets. So I'll be getting pretty heavy, especially for that volume, rather soon. Plus deadlifts are still new to me so I know my form has to be lacking at some point during the movement.
