So far, that would have to be the seminar that I attended. Dai-Sensei Yamash-ita Tadashi taught two Ieku (Okinawan boat oar) katas. It was two hours of being yelled at (and about half of the screams were orders for us to "kick sand" in our opponents' eyes)
