BAD Back injury

ok here is the story.
my friends and i went to a party at our school, and right when we got in there there was this big inflated boxing ring and gloves.
So one of my friends and i went in and had at it. Those gloves covered our whole arms so we got tired really easily, but he fell off balance, and i knocked him out with 6 seconds left.
Now here is the part where i get all MVP of "Scarred"
I threw the gloves off and jumped up and did a backflip, but i did it so perfectecly and fast that i unfolded in the air, BUT my momentum was still going backwards, so i ended up landing on my knees and my whole upper body bent backwards towards my knees!!!!
I let out a little yell but nothing noticable, and i heard numerous little popping noises like when you pop your knuckles. I slipped out of the ring like nothing had happened and sat there in the most pain i ever felt holding back the fact i was hurt, and a little bit of my tears. I got up and then that is when i almost but not really shed a tear.
The party was 12 hours long, going from dancing, to a theater, to amazing jakes (kind of like boondocks)
the whole time I did everything, but was in little pain, and stretching the whole time.
now i am awake, and i can barely stand up (in the squat position) but I can walk, and everything is ok besides the pain. I am thankful to god that i didn't break anything or hit a nerve, but I am guessing it just has to heal.BTW the pain is in my lower back

Hey look at it like this, Bruce and I have the back injuries in common
