| Hehe some good ideas there i like the way you people think,
one question abut it thou is there any way to change the amount of fat around a sertion area of your body because if you are training that area the muscle will get bigger and it looks even bigger and tonning wont shrink it i hear alot of people saying they are working hard to get a six pack and see no result because of the layer of fat in front of the mucle or do you need to lower your intake and lose mass al over ? |
