| No I don't hate but I do understand the point you are trying to say. I think its more of a "I did something today!" kinda thing with some people. I have a plan to take Ch'ang Shih Taijiquan and yoga at the same time and eventually just drop the yoga. I find it great for becoming more flexibility but if it came down to it I'd stretch down on my own and just drop the yoga.
