| 5th Metatarsal and heel pain
About 4 weeks ago I started having pain in my 5th Metatarsal, I can walk ok on it but cant bear any weight on it when I 'roll' onto the side of my foot. It hurts to touch. I have the same pain in my heel - at the back close to the bsole of my foot.
I dont remember injuring it, and it doesn't seem to be improving?
Anyone any advice?
