| Well lets see... Front kicks are supposed to be the fastest and are also a easy kick to master there fore this is a given for most but my favorite kick evolved from a side kick. When i was younger i used side kicks as a deffinate point in sparring or if i wanted to shake someone up a bit. But as i became more advanced i learned spinning kicks so i started using a spinning side kick a technique not to messed with. You can get more power from a spinning side kick than a jumping(also a favorite) or skipping(another "kill move" of mine) but then as i played with spinning kickss more i tweeked my spinning side kick and used my hips more in it turning it into a variation of a spinning cresent kick i guess (im told by my sensei that it is similar to Chuck Noris' signature kick [Whom my sensei has had the honor to train with]) I'm told its a technique few people can pull of. But anyway when I threw my hips into this kick i found it created a result almost like a whip. I have used this technique on many opponents in sparring but i use it spareingly cause i need to work on my control with it i have found that it can easily knock people on their rears no matter how hard they block it and i often times take peoples heads out with it if they try to dodge it instead of block... This is my favorit because its actually a close combat technique in comparison to other kicks its very powerful (have not met someone yet i couldnt knock down and im one of the smaller students in my school) and u dont see it coing until its too late. |
