I would suggest some form of contact sparring with some real energy. If you've never been hit it can really mess with you and that's not a good thing if your in a fight. Mostly I try not to get hit, but when I do its not nearly as big a deal as when I first started training. My body can withstand more due to the training and my mind tends to concentrate on getting me out of the situation I'm in then feel the pain later. I think a lot of people that train are like this. Its what my friends and I call the "That's-gonna-hurt-tomorrow syndrome." Guess it applies to drinking alchohol too
