The way ITF TKD tests are usually run about every 2 months. The first part is your knowledge of moves, Apjumat Jirugi, Apchau Ligi, Apcha Busigi etc.

That is remarkably similar to how we run tests at my school, but it isn't so much a 50-50 split.
