| I didn't answer as I think the question is a bit obscure. For example times a week you train says nothing about the length of time you train. Personally if I don't put my body into some kind of motion atleast once a day I start to feel a bit off, but that doesn't mean I am bringing myself to optimal heart rate.
I teach for about 4 hours a day 2 days a week and squeeze in whatever else I can the rest of the week. |
