| If it is a ripped muscle then you need to get it checked out or you risk damaging it permanently. Sprains and bruises you can work thru, most tears you cant, I did test for 1st Dan with a torn Hip Flexor but I had the assurance from the Doctor I would not do anymore damage only delay my recovery. If you are determined to work thru it then wrap it tight, heat it before you work out and ice it afterwords and take plenty of Ibuprofen. Good Luck! |
