Studying Taijiquan, I naturally crossed paths with Xingyiquan and Baguazhang. I really like Xingyiquan. It lends itself to heavy punches among other things. Great fun on a heavy bag or moving a shopping cart full of bricks. | A lot of arts lay claim to orgins of Shaolin. Afterall, it became a famous place right after those people allowed rebels, generals, fighters, sanctuary.
Hmmnn, why no one paid attention to it its first few centuries.........
