This sounds like a system created by an extremely large ego.
To take basic theories, re-name them,and think he re-invented the wheel is folly.
To add bits an bobs of different Martial Arts without actual emersion into the arts themselves means you never actually truly understand them, but only on a superficial level. It is not study, it is merely dabbling. The "I get it" mentality sounds like this person might also be 17-19 yrs old.
Adding esoteric parctices,telepathy,etc into the training, sounds all to familiar, and the founder is possibly working towards developing his own little cult following. Certainly not healthy practices for young, immature, impressionable youth.
