Basically the book focuses on the often missed facts of the street fighting. A simple discription of various techniques and principles of martial arts. Also there is a basic "laymen's philosophy" to street fighting psychology and personalities of assailents types. A few technques are examined both striking and grappling techniques, as a well as the principles included. The basic idea of the book is to give a martial artist or a non-martial artist the "inside view" of street fighting.

One (the black one) is yes, but I haven't done the video course stuff yet. Techniques are basicly the same to all martial arts, both striking and grappling, basic ground fighting skills. Some basic stealth, principles and escape and evasion training. The book also focuses on outlining training methods and drills such as multiple opponent sparring, sparring blindfolded etc. There is also the formulas for smoke & flash bombs and herbal medicines.
