| The rules of Kickboxing
Hey all I have a fight this summer with a kickboxer I know almost nothing about.
There are two things I have to know...
the rules, like disqualifiers and length of matches.
Also I need to know besides for the ground what is a kickboxer's worst nightmare.
I'm not talking about TKD. I'm talking American Kickboxing, how can you apply TKD against them in a way they can't handle.
