yeah, i havent trained hard for a month, not even the nightly sit ups and pushups before bed.

but i put ripped as bruce lee thanks to my fast metabolism and a mix of eating the right foods (most of the time

) and running a lot to show definition.
but right now...........eh not so great.
i have the side abs and the wings a little bit

well people post their abs on myspace because A- its
Their space, so that means they can express themselves as they choose, and B- to show either their progress in their training or they are boasting saying "look at me!"
or it could just be because they simply want to.
So you cant really say someone is NOT a martial artist or if they are you cant say they are not serious just because of a picture on myspace. i dont even know how not being a MA and a pic on myspace connect to each other...

Anyways, i am 5 foot 9, 145 lbs, and i am also an ectomorph.
i also have the six pack that is ,not very defined when i am not flexing, but its there when i am not flexing. since i am going for the ripped body style , not to look like bruce but because i believe that bigger muscles slow you down, i am gonna have to train harder.
but then again i am going to start packing a lot of protein in my diet so i can gain some muscle.
i need power to go with my speed
