No problem. It's hard to recommend a particular style because how styles are taught varies greatly according to different instructors and schools. If you want a particularly soft art, then try tai chi. If you want to build up your physical fitness and cardio but you don't mind some tough training, try muay thai. The best advice I can give you is to really shop around at the martial arts schools in your area. Go watch some classes being taught and, if possible, take a free introductory class. Talk to the instructors and tell them what you are looking for in your training. Don't be shy about asking questions. A good instructor will be informative and receptive to your needs. Most of all, be picky. Martial arts training requires a great deal of time investment, so invest wisely.
