Obeise - naw I don't think so. I am looking at my chart right now from my gym's trainer and the perfect body weight for me I am 6' is 185lbs.
Have you had your body fat percentage checked?
You might weigh more due to higher muscle concentration.
What I am trying to do is eat much smaller portions of food more often. From what I understand it makes you feel full throughout the day. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Try to cut down on the sugar intake. Try to get more exercise. Walk more when you can.
Just take things one day at a time and don't expect miracles overnight. NO diet or exercise program with do that.
