I missed this because I very rarely watch this low on the forums. (Sorry less controversy occurs here.)

So, I tried it and determined that for me around 4 minutes became pure agony. Then again, I was using a level on my thighs. So I bet if I started to cheat I could go for longer. This is a good exercise. It is very similar to 'wall sits' in terms of the muscles it hits.
