So, I tried it and determined that for me around 4 minutes became pure agony. Then again, I was using a level on my thighs. So I bet if I started to cheat I could go for longer. This is a good exercise. It is very similar to 'wall sits' in terms of the muscles it hits. | see thats the thing i never said i did it confortably but, i've just learnt to just take the pain in most things. so doubling my normal time wasnt much of a stretch
