Do a post of you doing it 4 minutes and I'll be very impressed. It won't count unless your thighs are parralell to the ground, your feet are squared, and your back is straight. Put a stick or staff on your lap. It'll help you to keep from cheating. If it rolls off, you know you are not keeping the stance. It should look like you are sitting in a chair. If you want an extra challenge try and do it with someone standing on your thighs or sitting on your shoulders. It sucks. Personally I wouldn't recomend doing this stance for any length of time or with extra weight added until you have worked up to it. Its VERY hard on the entire knee. Of course, if you can do it for an hour, you shouldn't have any problems at all. Also, this is NOT a Wing Chun stance. Its a training stance I learned in a different system. The problem with doing this stance for a long time is usually not pain, though it does hurt a lot, it is fatigue. So Jalek, will you post one for you doing it 4 minutes?
