If it were me, and I had, I'll start of with Judo/Ju Jitsu first.
Learning the ground tactics is going to help and compliment learning the stand up tactics. Thus in turn, time will age and training will occur injury. Thus Tai Ji would come into play.
I found more people who study "stand up" martial arts, having diffculty in the start learning ground martial arts. To me, the transition from ground to stand up is easier. |
