But do you train as hard as they were showing in the video? Don't get me wrong they aren't slow, slow. However, if that is real they just have little or nothing to show for all their hard work. Doing training like that, which is easily in the top 10% on the hardness scale, should put you in the top 10% of speed (speed being a main focus of Tae Kwon Do). They reasonably
should be faster.
If you did I would hope that you would at least have the ability to 'chase' an opponent while kicking. For instance, the axe kick around 1:50 wasn't quite as 'real' as it should be. Beyond that there are lots of bits around 1:25 that scan like the attacker is trying to miss.
