Sounds like a "don't trust anyone over 30" idea to me.
To be fair, with the skills/time/effort that it takes to be a successful politician, you could probably do better than the $400,000 a year +benefits that the President gets. Keep in mind the massive amount of money that a person needs to raise just to stay in office.
