First, we don't get child prodigies "all the time," they are very rare. Second, the unbelievably rare 18 year olds who become doctors (No not 12, and I'll assume you mean PhDs) first learn to read and write and then actually go to college and then to graduate school and write dissertations and complete courses of study, etc. They don't just write "Phd" in crayon on a piece of paper and have reasonable adults take them seriously.
Even your example just goes to show how ridiculous this is.
