That's the problem. There is nothing "intellectual" about a kid (don't be offended by the term) pretending to make up a 'style' based on what certainly seems to be nothing at all, and I expect that when you are older you will see what I mean much better. Rest assured there are no flames leaping from my fingers as I type this, and if you read my previous posts you will see my most sincere advice for you on the matter.




So does being a teenager. I won't drive while sipping sake if you don't make up sword 'styles' while being a teenager, ok?




Ok, good. Ask yourself why you would do that if you could.
My Sensei holds a 7th Dan in shotokan karate. He hasn't spoken of his specific kenjutsu experience, but I know it's there.
If you think I'm going to fail, then why not give it the old 'wait and see'?
Oh, and some actual advice would certainly be appreciated rather than "this isn't going to work at all" or "stop playing pretend". Why not help develop something and build rather than tear down and condemn?
