Yes... I grew up around Bikers (and not the weekend-warrior types but Hell's Angels, Ghost Riders etc.) & criminals (mostly family).

Not everyone, but there were quite a few attempts, some just had bad aim. Most fights on the street come from trash talk and fights over money or women.
