San Da basically means full contact fighting. In my opinion, any kung fu school should have some San Da at a certain level of training.
Calling San Da and San Shou styles are like calling MMA a style. Its so much more...and less in some ways, than a codified system.
Anyone claiming to teach either of these as a style would make me very nervous to train from. |
