Again you just don't understand. I will explain to you what I mean accept it or not it doesn't matter. In wrestling I am allowed to scissor to the body but not the head, conversely I am allowed to figure four/triangle to the head but, not the body. In MMA I can do both to either head or body. Does this clear things up for you? See I can do the moves in both sports but it depends on where I do them. Also there is yet another difference between folk style and free style and greco. I'm not going into all of it.
What people today in MMA do not train in wrestling?
