mma is very popular, and good training. it is on alot here as well.
dont really learn anything. not a great display of stand up, and i know quite a lot of grappling. it seems to me that in mma, they dont do many submission tecniques, and not much really good technical grappling. all i ever see is a triangle,kimura,armbar, and rear naked choke. mostly just ground and pound.
but still very good, and fun too watch
