well... he would have the advantage in knowledge, since he may of been practicing longer, but their is still the skill aspect, and luck, and such.
if you pair up two judoka one knowing only the basics, which are some throws, and very minimal grappling, against a judoda who has much more experience, much more grappling techniques, and more effecient at throws then im going with the experienced judoka.
as would everyone else. no smart person unless they know something hiiden about that person would pick a white or yellow belt, to beat a brown or black belt.
