Basically you eat what you want
Stop eating when you are full
Eat consciencly

I saw results when i did this, but for some reason i stopped.

I want to change my life drastically but i find it hard to stick to things if i dont instantly see results.
As an obeise teenager my life is hell, i am decent at sports but i cant last long, i have a farting problem when i exercise so this stops me from exercising publicly (MA for example). Also the depression is slowly kicking in i have low self confidence levels and hate people looking at me, i dont want sympathy but i was wondering if you guys could help me eat the right foods and do the right exercises etc...

My life at the moment

Each time i am given food i eat all of it, i always accept deserts and sweets. My parents buy chocolate and sweets so i eat them most of the time. At school for lunch i usually have a grilled cheese sandwich and a biscuit. I rarely get much exercise as i cant leave my house due to living in a rough area.

My goals

I want to start eating consciencly and stop eating food when i am full, stop eating food infront of the TV etc..and enjoy my food instead of just devouring it without taking in tastes or anything. I want to stop buying greasy food at school, buy a sandwich or maybe bring my own lunch. I want to be able to resist the temptations of sugary foods. I also want to pluck up the courage and cash to start roller hockey (great exercise). I want to be able to run for a decent length of time, i want fitness to be prioritised in my life. But most of all i want to be able to keep it up.

Most slim people find it easy as there eating patterns are a habit and exercise is easy for them. I find exercise by itself hard and boring but i really like sports. Also my parents wont let me change my diet drastically but i have convinced them to cook food themselves a bit more. I want to be able to stop eating when i am full.

Has anyone got any advice, tips or anything that will help me? I appreciate any constructive posts made, thanks in advance. I want a better lifestyle and increased self confidence levels.
You sound like your a teen so be careful with the weights, your body is still developing. Lower weight and lots of reps, if you can not get to a gym push ups work well, just keep good form. Shadow boxing is good cardio that does not need a lot of space to do. I keep an every other day routine to give my body a chance to recover from previuse day's routine. Remember to get good night sleep, important to losing weight.
