yes i understand but what i am trying to get at is can someone be a great fighter from mimicking?
i know they wont be able to truly "feel" their techniques and from mimicking they probably dont understand martial arts well but can one be a great fighter from mimicking.
now i mean mimicking as in doing what they see and thats it, but looking at someone do a technique on the TV or movies or even your sensei, is not mimicking as long as you see what the technique is for, how its applied, etc etc.
