Yep chapel its great against taller guys because of there higher hips , I find if they don't go down I either grab both there legs (because they are already of balance) or grab there waist with my right arm from the front (if i'm entering with the right leg) and add a little lift.
It also depends how you perform some of our sensei use there right arm/elbow as a strike making alot more explosive others have more of a push. I like the grab technique just because it stops people from seeing it coming and allows be to go to ground if need be/applicable to go to.
Here is a very slow version for learning purposes of a site I use to refresh my memory, its a really good site to see stuff done slow and correct, i prefer the second of the two throws in the first one he doesn't seem to get his leg deep enough behind the uke hence he slides of slightly too much like in the Karate vid second one his gets it full behind hence the uke going over onto his back.
