My club have taken the Jo art to a differant level with our Kumi-Jo which is a combat situation but incorporating a continuous flow with no stopping. Alomst like Jo sparring but the aim is to keep moving and flowing like water... Its very interesting! | The flow like water concept applies to many things.....
