Yes, but have you done and read research studies, have you examined knees, are you an orthopedic surgeon?

I did a google search plus read some research studies and looked at orthopedic dr. websites with knee info, they are all saying the opposite. I have seen PT for knee replacement and surgery and a treadmill and elliptical are used because they are low impact.

I know that research is changing all the time, so I just want to see some sources that are showing what you are saying because everything I am finding says the opposite. And I always question things, so maybe a treadmill is worse for knees but I need to see some hard data, from multiple credible sources to believe it, otherwise its not proven to be true.
