| okay thats fair, everyone has different opinions, Ive spoken to the master trainers where I work, and they explained to me that the treadmill triples the pressure on your joints.
everyone has different sources, I just dont trust what I read on the internet so much, but it sounds like youve done your leg work (like the pun!)
Ive had a breif look on some running forums and the opinion seems to be split. some saying the best way to practice running is to run, while others talk about cross trainer and swimming as alternatives.
on the whole Id say running outside in the grass is the best thing to do, acctual running is a lot harder and better training than a treadmill. |
