| Well I was just trying to explain it the easiest way possible. And since BJJ is the only martial art that I know of that references guards, half guards, body triangles and all that jazz I said BJJ. Also the guys that teach it are some belt in BJJ so I am pretty sure they are teaching from what they were taught. BJJ is actually really popular in this area. That and Muay Thai are really the only things people respect. Sounds funny doesnt it? Doesnt even sound like I'm talking about a college town like Chapel Hill, does it?
Tues training... Executed a horrible ukemi from a standing arm bar and seperated my shoulder. Mildest form of an AC sprain so I gotta wear a sling for a few weeks. Looks like I'm gonna be doing lots of cardio. New mission...shed some body fat.
