There is no other medicial proof to support these claims, you could have someone with a bad heart taking creatine reporting these symptoms and someone puts in as a possible side effect. It does not affect hormonal output in any way other than it allows you more time in the gym which naturally spurs HGH which in turn spurs testosterone which in turn spurs things like aggressions, irritability, anxiety....so again, the side effects are most likely not a direct result of the supplement but of the other effects caused by increased time in the gym.
