Water Chakra

Location: Between the base of the spine and the stomach

Blocked by: Guilt

This chakra deals with pleasure and is blocked by guilt. You must visualise that which you blame yourself for most. Then, you must accept the reality that these things happened and not to let them cloud your judgement or poison your energy. Let go of that which you feel guilty about, and learn from the experience rather than being guilty about it.

You must forgive yourself! Once you do this, you will have opened the Water Chakra.

Fire Chakra

Location: Stomach

Blocked by: Shame

The Fire Chakra deals with will power and is blocked by shame. You must visualise that which you are ashamed of. Once you do that, you must accept all areas of your life in order to achieve balance. Once you allow all your shame to flow away you will have opened the Fire Chakra

Air Chakra

Location: The Heart

Blocked by: Grief

The Air Chakra deals with love and is blocked by grief. As with the other chakras, lay out all the grief in front of you. Then you must realise that love is a form of energy, and will always be around you. Even when loved ones are lost, their love manifests itself in forms of new love.

Once you let your grief flow away, you will have opened the Air Chakra

Sound Chakra

Location: Throat

Blocked by: Lies

The Sound Chakra deals with truth and is locked by the lies we tell ourself. To open this chakra, you must aaccept who you truely are. Once you do, you will have opened the Sound Chakra.

Light Chakra

Location: Third Eye

Blocked by: Illusion

This chakra deals with insight and is blocked by illusion. The greatest illusion is that everything in the world is seperate. However, things you think are seperate are actually all one and the same. Once you accept this, you will have opened the light chakra.

Thought Chakra

Location: Crown of the head.

Blocked by: Earthly attachment.

This chakra deals with cosmic energy and is blocked by earthly attachment. In order to become balanced, one must let go of all earthly attachments.

Once you do this, cosmic energy will flow freely though you and you will become balanced.


ADVANCED MEDITATION

Meditation - The Art of Stillness

The greatest Jedi Masters have learnt to achieve the Art of complete stillness. They can sit and not think of anything at all, and just channel the Force through them. It is this stillness, calm and concentration that allows a Jedi Master to seemingly make few mistakes - the focus on a task without outside distractions makes them do a much thorough job.

Through stillness a Jedi can listen to the Force, and be guided by it. Emotion and attachment become a thing of the past as you become one with the Force.

Stillness can take time to develop, like any meditative state, but it can be achieved with time and practise.

Step 1 - Physical Relaxation

You must be in a relaxed posture where you are comfortable. Focus on slowing your breathing down and relaxing your muscles to calm yourself.

The most effective way to relax the physical body is to tense it first, then to steadily slowly relax the body as you inhale and exhale slowly. It is best to start with different parts of the body rather than all at once. Start at the feet, relax them, then the legs, relax them, then your arms etc.

Step 2 - Mental Stillness

This step can be difficult, but by now meditation should be easy for you. Let go of all thoughts, emotions, concerns and anxieties.

Breathing is the key to relaxing the mind. Inhale slowly, counting to 10 while you do so. Hold your breath for another 10, then exhale in another 10. Repeat this cycle 6 - 9 times, by then your breathing should be calm, and so stop thinking and let go of your thoughts.

Step 3 - Feel the Force

Feel the Force around you, flowing through you, revitalising you. Do not think about it, just feel it.

Step 4 - Silent Listening

Take time to listen. Do not expect a voice to tell you what to do, in fact, do not expect anything. Just listen. By listening you are subconsciously listening to the will of the Force, and this will help guide you.

Step 5 - Embracing the Force

Finally, take the time to bask in the warmth of the Forces energy. Realise that without the Force you wouldn’t be around, or enjoying any feeling at all. The Force is the creator of life - the creator of you.
