| We do it from standing.
Attacker steps in with a right punch. (making it now right foot forward)
Defender pivots back, and does a right inside middle block, grabbing the wrist. then does a left crescent kick to attackers head knocking then down to one knee. This places the attackers Defender then hooks the attackers neck with their left heel and turns counter clockwise. Allthewhile holding onto attackers wrist. Defended then sits down with rearend by attackers shoulder, lays back, and currently has attackers arm between the legs. Push hips up until they tap or snap. Oh yeah, as if you didn't already know, the attackers palm must be facing up. I'll try to take a video of it tonight going slo-mo and put it on youtube for a day or so.
