| During my boxing days, I would do situps with my arms crossed and touch opposite elbow to opposite knee. I would do about 100 of those per day. Then, it was crunches the same way, but on a crunch, you only go half way up. I would start at 10, and then back down from 10 again. I would do about 3 sets of those, 10 up 10 down is one set. Then it was turns with the medicine ball. While sitting, hold the ball, and turn and give it to your partner behind you, turn to the other side so they can give it back. Mmmmmm Awesome workouts....Then there was the jumping rope...and the running and sprints. Man....Good times....Now I do about half the workout....LOL
